APEX Basketball is built with the goal of becoming one of the premier Girls Select Basketball programs in the country. We are committed to providing an environment where every athlete receives intentional, meaningful development both on and off the court.

APEX is not a skills program. We are a basketball program.

From Day 1, our focus is on developing the complete player — basketball IQ, fundamentals, decision-making, confidence, competitiveness, leadership, and the ability to play within a team.

We don't just train athletes to perform drills. We teach them how to play the game.

APEX practices are intentional, competitive, and built for development. We combine skill work, game concepts, decision-making, and live play to help athletes become smarter, tougher, and more complete basketball players.

APEX competes in a competitive tournament schedule designed to challenge our athletes and support their development. Our teams face strong competition throughout the season, giving players the opportunity to grow, compete, and perform in meaningful game environments.

APEX gives athletes the opportunity to compete beyond their local market and experience high-level basketball in different environments. Travel is part of the development process, helping players build confidence, adaptability, team chemistry, and experience against new competition.
